On the fourth Friday of every other
month, we have a free seminar for
our members; learning Krav Maga
techniques for disarming knives,
sticks and hand guns. These techniques are easy to learn, easy to do and extremely effective! Like all of our training and workouts, this could be the class that saves your life!

Adults or Children are welcome to join our Taekwondo Program ages 5 and up.
This program is certified through the World Taekwondo Federation and our club is called SuperKicks Martial Arts. This is a traditional martial arts program that will help instill confidence, respect, and physical fitness along with stress release. Come and learn and aim high for that Black Belt!
Tai Chi Fitness

Tai Chi is an ancient art that
can help strengthen your body, increase your coordination and improve your overall well-being.
