Mark Slane, United States Krav Maga Founder and Chief Instructor

Mark Slane has studied the martial arts for over twenty years. Mark started his training in Tae Kwon Do and holds a fourth degree black belt in that art in Olympic style TaeKwonDo and won a national championship in the sparring division.
In 1999, Mark was a member of the very first group of instructors ever trained at the Krav Maga National Training Center in Los Angeles. He then went on to open one of the first Krav Maga schools in the United States.
Now a Krav Maga Black belt third degree, Mark has retired from his firefighter/paramedic career to devote his  life to making others safer by teaching new instructors in the art and spreading the knowledge to students wanting to make their lives and the lives of their families safer.
Now living in South Carolina, Mark  regularly visits his gyms and affiliates to update their skills and offer seminars.

Guy Bruno, Head Instructor at the Florida Martial Arts and Fitness Center
BJ Bruno, Certified Krav Maga Instructor, is also a
5th degree Taekwondo Black Belt and Instructor, a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, and a  Yoga practitioner and instructor. She is also a  Certified Haedong Kumdo (Korean Swords) Instructor, Co-founder of the WMAWA martial arts weapons system, author of fitness books, and is the recipient of  the 2007  USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame, Female Taekwondo Instructor of the Year Award.
Guy J. Bruno has been training in the martial arts for almost 30 years and has been instructing students in his schools for over twenty.
He is an internationally certified 6th degree Master in WTF Taekwondo, and certified Haedong Kumdo Instructor. He has competed and acquired gold in numerous tournaments and has also shared his knowledge to bring others in the Junior Olympics and Nationals to gold medal winners.
Having retired early from his career at a major defense contractor up north, Guy is now instructing Krav Maga at his new school, the Florida Martial Arts Center as a certified instructor through the USKMA .In his gym he is also sharing his knowledge as a long time strength trainer that he acquired from his intense training and past competitions through the AAU, having won the New England Strongman designation. He also had the distinction as having served as the first New Hampshire Chairman for the USPF (United States Powerlifting Federation). He has held many records including a 580 lb deadlift in the 181 weight class!
Jonathan Didia, Assistant Krav Maga Instructor

Jonathan has been diligently studying the martial arts for years and is a 2nd degree Black Belt Internationally certified through the Kukkiwon.
He also is a high ranking Haedong Kumdo practitioner as well as a USKMA certified Krav Maga instructor helping  to train others to stay safe!
Matthew Haislip, Assistant Krav Maga Instructor

Matthew is currently studying Krav Maga and Taekwondo along with martial arts weaponry and is certified through the USKMA to instruct Krav Maga.
He is a First Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is also in charge of the Florida Martial Arts And Fitness Demo team!
David Wilson, Assistant Krav Maga Instructor

David has studied numerous martial arts styles and currently holds a first degree black belt in Taekwondo, an art in which he also helps instruct. He is also studying  Haedong Kumdo (Korean Swordsmanship) and has been certified by the USKMA to instruct Krav Maga.
